'Murder Mystery'

Remember watching a scary movie, and finding long after the final credits had run, you still couldn't get the vivid dark imagery from your head? This range is all about the lingering unease, the mystery and intrigue the darkness brings. Inspired by the horror film genre, 'Murder Mystery' features four major prints, 'smoking pipe', 'the crows', 'moon skull' and 'night watcher'. Smoke lingers in the air, a cat stares into the dark, its yellow eyes transfixed on a crow, who in turn watches the murder take place. A sense of loneliness is conjured and many dark tales are to be told within each image. The designs are symbolic of the fight between good and evil, the two often obscured and reversed beneath a veil of secrecy. Not all is always as it seems as you dig to uncover the truth. In these designs, using mainly dark fabric with a dash of hidden 'gold', you dig to discover the gold within, as if it were the truth you were uncovering to solve the mystery.
